Ioannis Mouratidis presented "Nucleic quasi-primes: identification of the shortest unique oligonucleotide sequences in a species" at the AGBT General Meeting in Marco Island, FL. This oral presentation introduced novel methods for identifying the shortest species-specific oligonucleotide sequences within a species.
